Touch Typing is a way a person type without looking at the keyboard. The idea is that each finger is own sets of area on the keyboard and you have to practice and learn those area. So your finger memory learn those area and you type without looking at the keyboard.
Sitting Position and Posture for typing
- Sit straight with your spin position straight.
